If the flight slips three hours, the pickup slips three hours. There is no waiting charge for a delay that is not yours — that is the point of booking ahead.

The driver is inside
At the terminal or on the platform side, with your name. At Gaggal and Amb Andaura that is easy; at Chandigarh and Pathankot we name a specific meeting point.
- The run
Straight through
One car, one driver, doorstep at the other end. Gaggal to Kangra is twenty minutes; Pathankot two and a half hours; Chandigarh six.

Worth knowing
When Gaggal cancels
Winter fog and monsoon cloud close DHM, sometimes at short notice. If your flight goes, the same car can turn around for Pathankot or Amb Andaura rather than leaving you to sort it out.
Which railway station
Pathankot has two (Junction and Cantt) and the Una side has two (Una and Amb Andaura). They are not interchangeable — send the ticket, not the town.
Odd hours are normal
A lot of these are two and three in the morning. We run them at the same rate as a midday job; night is not a surcharge.
