What’s in your fare

We don’t publish a rate card. The fare depends on your dates, your group and the road, so we quote each trip.

One fare for the trip. It covers the car, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and state-border permits.
You get it before you book, in writing on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Kapil or Sahil quotes it, and the one who quotes is the one who drives. No agent takes a cut.
Have a cheaper written quote? Send it. If it is for the same car, route and inclusions, we will beat it.

Where in Kangra are you based, and where do you pick up?

We are based near the New Bus Stand in Kangra. We also pick up from Tanda Medical College (Dr. Rajendra Prasad Govt. Medical College), which helps patients and their families, and from any hotel or home in Kangra, Dharamshala and McLeodganj.

Do you provide taxi service across all of Himachal Pradesh?

Yes. From Kangra we drive all over Himachal: Dharamshala, McLeodganj, Palampur, Dalhousie, Khajjiar, Chamba, Bir Billing, Manali, Kullu, Shimla, Tirthan and Spiti. We also do one-way drops and round trips to Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi and Katra.

How much does a taxi or cab in Kangra cost?

We don’t publish a rate card, because the fare depends on your dates, your group, the car and the road. Send your trip on WhatsApp and we reply with one fare, usually within the hour, covering the car, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and permits. If you have a written quote for the same car and route, send it and we will beat it.

Do I book with the driver directly, or through an agent?

Yes. The two numbers on this site belong to the drivers, Kapil on 98053 05643 and Sahil on 78075 42573. There is no agent or booking office in between. Whoever gives you the fare is the person who drives you.

Which cars are in your taxi fleet?

Our main cab is the Toyota Innova Crysta. It seats 7 plus the driver, is comfortable for elders and takes plenty of luggage. The Maruti Ertiga seats 6 plus the driver and suits small families. A sedan (Etios or Swift Dzire) takes up to 4, and the Force Traveller (12+1 and 17+1 seats) is for bigger groups. All have AC and commercial tourist-taxi permits.

Is the taxi available 24×7, including airport and railway runs?

Yes, we run 24×7. For Gaggal, Pathankot and Amb Andaura pickups we track your flight or train and wait if it is late. We do pre-dawn temple starts all the time.

Will you beat a cheaper taxi quote in Kangra?

Yes. Ask us for a fare on WhatsApp and compare it with anyone else. If you have a lower written quote for the same car, route and inclusions, send us a screenshot and we will beat it. You book with the owners directly, so there is no agent’s commission in our fare.
