About this service
Wedding & events.
A hill wedding runs on transport. Guests arrive over three or four days from Delhi, Chandigarh and Punjab, half of them by train to Amb Andaura and the rest by air into Gaggal, and every one of them needs collecting. We take that whole job: a fixed set of cars, held for your dates, with drivers who know where every venue and every link road in the valley is.
For the day itself we run the baraat and the bidaai, keep a car standing by for elders, and hold a Traveller for the group moves between the venue, the temple and the hotel. Decoration on the lead car is arranged if you want it — we tell you honestly what it costs rather than folding a guess into the fare.
We are a small family firm, so we take a limited number of weddings in a season and we will say straight away if your dates are already committed. Book early for the November–December and April–June wedding weeks, when the valley fills up.

Wedding work is the one job where being twenty minutes late is not recoverable. Everything below exists because of that.

Hold the dates
Wedding season fills our calendar early. Once the dates are fixed, tell us — holding a car costs nothing and losing one is expensive.

Work out the moves
How many guests, arriving from where, on what. Airport and station arrivals rarely cluster neatly, and planning them badly is what produces the frantic morning.

Guest arrivals
Gaggal, Pathankot, Amb Andaura and Chandigarh pickups, tracked, often at odd hours. This is usually the largest part of the job.
- The day
Baraat and bidaai
The car for the couple, and the Force Traveller for everyone else. Decorated if you want it decorated — tell us and we arrange it rather than you doing it at the venue.

Venue transfers
Hotel to venue to temple and back, repeatedly. Cars stay on site rather than being called each time.

Getting everyone home
The departures are as scattered as the arrivals were, and they are the part people forget to plan. We do not.

The Innova Crysta is the car we put grandparents in — high enough to get into, and the ride is soft. It is the reason it is our main vehicle.
Group moves
The Force Traveller takes 12+1 or 17+1. For a baraat or a temple visit with the whole party, one vehicle beats four cars trying to stay together.

Wedding & events — questions we get
How far ahead should we book wedding cars?
As early as you can for the November–December and April–June wedding weeks — the valley fills up and we only take a limited number of weddings each season. Message us the dates and we will tell you straight away whether we are free.
Can you pick up wedding guests from Amb Andaura and Gaggal?
Yes, and this is most of the work. Send us the arrival list with train and flight numbers and we meet each one, track delays, and run guests straight to the hotel or venue.
Do you decorate the wedding car?
We can arrange flower decoration for the lead car through a local decorator. We quote it separately so you can see what it costs rather than having it hidden inside the car fare.
How is a wedding booking priced?
It depends on how many cars you need, for how many days, and how much running there is between venues. Send us the dates, the guest count and the venues on WhatsApp and we confirm one all-in figure covering cars, drivers, fuel, tolls and parking.
