Corporate travel.
Businesses in the valley need transport that turns up without being chased: staff to and from Tanda, engineers out to a site, a visiting director met at Gaggal, a training group moved between a hotel and a venue for three days. That is steady, unglamorous work and we are set up for it — the same two owner-drivers, the same cars, and a number that answers.
For firms that need us regularly we run a monthly arrangement: an agreed set of runs, one consolidated invoice, and a car you can count on rather than a different app driver every morning. We can also work per-trip if the need is occasional.
We are a small operator, which cuts both ways. You get direct accountability and no call-centre, but we book a limited number of standing arrangements at a time — so tell us early what you need and we will be honest about whether we can commit.

Do you offer monthly car hire for a company?
Yes. We agree the runs you need each month, keep a car and driver committed to them, and send one consolidated invoice at the end of the month instead of settling every trip separately.
Can you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we can bill with GST for corporate bookings. Tell us at the time of booking so the paperwork is right from the first trip.
Will it be the same driver each time?
That is the point of booking with us rather than an app. Both numbers on this site are the owners and one of us drives — so your staff and visitors deal with the same faces every time.
How much does corporate travel cost?
It depends on the pattern — a handful of trips a month prices differently from a car committed five days a week. Send us what you need on WhatsApp and we quote one clear figure, per trip or per month.
