You still have the day

Forty minutes means a morning pickup leaves the whole day free. Most people do Kotwali Bazaar and the War Memorial first, then go up to McLeodganj in the afternoon.

The stadium

HPCA is worth the detour even with no match on — it is the one with the Dhauladhar directly behind the stands. Ten minutes from Kotwali Bazaar.

McLeodganj is another 20 minutes and 500 m higher. If you are going there anyway, say so at booking and we take you straight through rather than dropping twice.
