Many families fold Chintpurni into the wider Devi Darshan rather than doing it alone — it pairs naturally with Jwala Ji and Baglamukhi on the way back up into the valley. It is worst on weekends and through both Navratris. A weekday, early, is a completely different experience — we plan the start time around that rather than around our convenience.

There is a walk from the parking to the sanctum. Tell us who is coming and we arrange palki where it is needed and keep the halts close to the car.
