How we drive it.

Bilaspur to Dharamshala is a genuine cross-state run — four and a half hours from Govind Sagar to the Dhauladhar, through Hamirpur and Dehra.

It is also the natural start of the six-temple Devi Darshan circuit. Naina Devi sits above Bilaspur and Chintpurni is on the way north, so a lot of these bookings turn into the full yatra rather than a plain transfer. We quote either honestly — you are not obliged to take the temples.

The other regular booking here is AIIMS Bilaspur: people coming in for treatment from the Kangra side, or going home afterwards, often at hours when nothing else runs.
