How we drive it.

Kullu to Dharamshala is the same crossing as Manali but half an hour shorter — down the Beas to Mandi, then west into the Kangra valley.

Bhuntar airport is just below Kullu, so a fair number of these are flight arrivals: land at Bhuntar, drive across, and be in Dharamshala the same evening. We track the flight for those.

Baijnath, Bir and Palampur all sit on the western half of the route, so it is an easy drive to break with a stop rather than a straight transfer.
